My story

Meet Charlie – a gentle, affectionate boy who’s ready to find a family to call his own! With his soulful eyes, adorable wrinkles, and inquisitive face, Charlie is the kind of puppy who instantly melts your heart. He’s super affectionate and loves nothing more than being held close—he’ll snuggle right in and rest his little head on your shoulder as if he’s known you forever. His tender personality makes him a wonderful companion for anyone looking for both love and loyalty in their next family member. Charlie has a curious spirit, always taking in the world around him at his own thoughtful pace. Once he feels comfortable, his playful side comes out in full force! He enjoys chasing toys, romping with his siblings, and finding little adventures throughout the day. He also has the funniest habit of raising his paw for attention, making him even more endearing. He’s the perfect mix of sweetness and fun—equally happy to join in on playtime or curl up in your arms for snuggles. His story began when he and his siblings were found as strays alongside their mama. They were discovered near a storage building and brought to safety just in time. Now, thanks to the love and care of his foster family, Charlie has blossomed into a happy, healthy pup who is ready for his forever home. Charlie was born on May 10, 2025, and is currently fostered in Colorado. He weighs about 25 lbs and is expected to grow into a medium-sized dog, making him a great fit for many types of families. With his snuggly nature, adorable wrinkles, and playful streak, Charlie is sure to bring endless joy to his forever home. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
