My story

Isis is a gentle, sensitive apricot-colored poodle (mix?) with soulful eyes that seem to peer right into your heart. You’ll never meet a more Velcro pup — cuddles are her love language. She’s shy and low-energy, often retreating into a little ball of shivers when overwhelmed by noise or activity. But day by day, she’s finding her courage in a calm, loving foster home.Isis came into foster care with a puppy named Pebbles, and the two have been a great comfort to each other in unfamiliar situations. While they’d be happy to stay together, they don’t need to be adopted as a pair. Isis would thrive in a home that offers patience, gentleness, and space for her to keep discovering how safe and loved she really is.
