As an American Blue Heeler mix, she’s got a smart little spark behind those eyes, always taking in the world around her before making her move. True to her name, Sandy brings a calm, earthy energy to her Ocean-themed litter. She loves slow strolls through the grass, investigating clover like it's seafoam, and snuggling up after a big adventure. She may not be the loudest in the group, but her quiet loyalty runs deep. Sandy came to us from Russell County, VA, and is settling into rescue life in Northern Virginia with grace. She’s ready for a forever home that’ll let her explore at her own pace—and love her for the sweet, steady companion she already is.
