Don’t let his size fool you — Kalamazoo is a pint-sized powerhouse packed with energy, love, and attitude. This little guy lives life at full speed, whether he's zooming around the yard like a furry tornado or showering his favorite humans with kisses.Kalamazoo is all about fun, treats, and cuddles. He’s a world-class snuggler with a wild streak, always ready to dive into an adventure or settle in for some smoochy nap time. One minute he's bouncing off the walls, the next he’s curled up in your lap like he owns the place (because, let’s be real, he kinda does).With his boundless enthusiasm and heart-melting charm, Kalamazoo is proof that the best things really do come in small packages.For current adoption fees, please see our website, www.metrodetroitanimals.org. Adoption fee includes: age-appropriate vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, ID tag, fecal / worming, basic physical and behavior assessment. Dogs (6 months and older) receive an occult heartworm test. For an additional $20, cats (12 weeks and older) can be tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) / FLV (feline leukemia).
