My story

Hi, I’m Rowan! I came to The Love Pit needing a little extra TLC, and thanks to my amazing foster family, I’ve blossomed into a happy, healthy, and oh-so-sweet 5-month-old Mastiff mix. I’m your classic curious puppy—full of energy, love, and a big dose of goofiness. I love chasing squirrels (they know I’m coming), tossing my stuffed toys around like a champ, and heading out for daily walks. After all that fun, I’m more than happy to curl up and recharge in my crate—it’s actually one of my favorite cozy spots! I get along great with other dogs and am always open to making new two-legged friends, too. I’ve been told I’m confident, independent, and super affectionate. I’m also a smart cookie who’s eager to learn—learning is totally my love language! I thrive with clear direction and would do best with a strong, confident leader who can help me be the very best pup I can be. If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick who’s equal parts playful, loving, and eager to grow with you… well, I think we’d make a pretty great team! Sending you puppy love, Rowan
