My story

Hi there! I`m Drako, a 3-year-old, neutered American Staffordshire Terrier. My fur is tricolored and shiny, and I`m ready to find my forever home. I`ve been at the shelter since 07/22/25, and though I love spending time with the amazing staff here, I’m eager for a home where I can relax and be my calm, go-with-the-flow self. I’m a well-behaved boy with medium energy. I keep my kennel pretty clean and enjoy my walks. I walk nicely on a leash and love taking in the sights, sounds, and smells around me. Im not known to be the most hyper dog. I’m typically happy to join in on lower energy play or just cuddle up next to you. I do okay with other dogs, but I’d prefer slow introductions and a dog buddy who shares my calm demeanor. I’m not one for rough-and-tumble play, but I’m always open to making friends if they’re chill, too! If you’re looking for a sweet, mellow companion who’s easy going and loves to just hang out, I might just be the perfect match for you.
