My story
Hi! My name is Billy and I am available for adoption.I was brought into RASKC on July 21, 2025.I weigh 12 lbs and am considered a `small breed` dog.When I arrived at RASKC I was severely matted, but after a much needed shave down from the wonderful vet staff I am now comfortable and quite adorable if I do say so myself!I am small, but full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy.I am an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow! I am outgoing and carefree, and I just can`t wait to find my forever home!
