My story

MEET MAVERICK! Maverick is equal parts sweet, silly, and smart. Weighing in at around 48 pounds, this handsome grey boy has a big heart to match his goofy grin. Maverick is a well-mannered pup who knows his basics—sit, paw (both of them!), down, and stay—and he’s crate and house trained. He’ll happily hop on the furniture only if invited, and he’s so polite he won’t touch his food until you give the okay. Maverick loves to run and play, especially at the dog park where he can really show off his speed! He’s currently living peacefully with four cats and has done great with other dogs and kids. Maverick is friendly with new people, playful, and a bit of a goofball when he gets the zoomies—but overall he’s easygoing and eager to please. This lovable boy would thrive in an active home with a fenced yard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy lots of playtime. Maverick will make a joyful and loyal companion for a lucky family.
