My story

Meet Millie! This adorable 4-month-old, 25-pound German Shepherd/Doberman Pinscher mix is the full package—sweet, smart, playful, and cuddly. She is available for foster-to-adopt through PAWS Rescue inc. Foster-To-Adopt means you fill out a foster form with the intent of adopting. Once her spay is done you would fill out an adoption app. Adoption fee is applicable at time of approved adoption. (must be between Idaho Falls-Boise to be able to use our vet clinics). Millie absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys a good game of wrestling or tug. She’s a big fan of all kinds of toys and is even learning how to fetch! After a fun play session, she’s happy to snuggle up on the couch—or your bed—for a cozy nap. This smart girl is making great progress with her training. She already knows sit, down, stay, come, leave it, and kennel, and she’s eager to learn more. She’s currently working on leash manners and is in the process of potty training. Millie is great with kids and warms up quickly to new people—especially if they let her give kisses! She may be a bit shy at first, but her affectionate personality always shines through. Because she’s still young, Millie will thrive with someone who can provide consistent guidance, training, and lots of love.
