Toby

My story

Toby is in need of a new home. Unfortunately, his owner is not able to take care of him anymore. Her neighbor reached out to us about helping find him the perfect home. He is about 7 to 9 years old. The owner has had him since he was about 2 years old and due to poor health the neighbor has agreed to foster until he finds his new forever home. Toby is a very sweat cat. He loves human interaction, but sometimes he will let you know (by a low growl) that he does not want to be pet, he just wants to be near you, or on your lap. He loves to play with all sorts of toys. He still acts like a kitten when he is playing. He is not comfortable with other cats and would do best as a single cat. He has warmed up to the fosters dog as long as the dog is very calm. He just loves to be near humans, and purrs a lot even when not being pet.
