Hi, I’m Penelope! I’m a laid-back calico beauty who made the journey from Los Angeles to San Diego with the help of Smittens Rescue. I’m friendly, relaxed, and sweet as can be—but I do take a little time to warm up. Once I trust you, I’ll be your quiet, loving companion.
