My story

VIVIENNE IS HEARTWORM POSITIVE- adopter is responsible for continued heartworm treatment and care after adoption. Dog’s Name: Vivienne Location: Fenton, MO Age or Date of Birth: 3 years Gender: Female Breed: Dogue de Bordeaux Color: Tan Dog's Weight: 106 Gets along with: Dogs?:  Needs a slow introduction to dogs Cats?:  Unknown Kids?:  Have not tested with children Training: Leash trained: Pulls slightly while walking on leash Crate/Kennel:  Needs encouoragement to enter crate, but settles nicely Potty trained:  Has had a few indoor accidents Car:  Rides Well in car, but needs tether or crate Meet Vivienne – A Gentle Soul Ready for Her Fresh Start Introducing Vivienne, a sweet and tender-hearted girl who’s learning to navigate a brand new chapter in life. Recently surrendered with her sister due to her previous owner’s cancer diagnosis, Vivienne is still settling into her foster home and discovering what it means to feel safe and loved. Right now, Vivienne finds comfort in having her human nearby and thrives with companionship and gentle reassurance. As she grows more confident, her personality is starting to shine—she's begun playing with toys and is quickly learning the joy of tasty treats! Vivienne’s Journey: Sweet and gentle demeanor Bonded to her humans—loves keeping them in sight Enjoys treats and soft playtime Heartworm positive, so she's currently on a calm-care routine Learning basic house manners—she’ll need some training and guidance Vivienne will do best with a patient, understanding family who can support her as she continues to heal—both physically and emotionally. She would be fine as an only pet or with another calm fur sibling. A fenced yard isn't required as long as she’s safely tethered outside while she builds trust and routine. Ideal Home: Someone who understands or has been exposed to Giant breeds Calm, stable environment with time for training and TLC A heart big enough to support her through her medical journey Vivienne has so much love to give and is simply waiting for the right family to show her she’s finally home. Could you be the one to help Vivienne bloom? She’s ready when you are. Until the profile is removed from the public’s view, this dog is considered available for adoption.
