My story

Meet Toby! This 12 year old sophisticated tuxedo was surrendered to our shelter when his owner needed to move to a care facility and was unable to take him with her. Since being at the shelter, Toby has been extremely affectionate, lowkey, friendly and very vocal!He currently shares the office with a staff member's dog who is also named Toby! Both Toby's share the same bedding and bowls with no issues, so we are confident Toby could live in a home with cat-friendly dogs.Toby previously lived with a couple other cats of which he got along with very well. Toby absolutely loves food and will meow at your feet to let you know he's hungry. He spends most of his day either bird watching or sleeping in his carrier that he absolutely LOVES going into! How rare is that?! Not only is Toby a gentle soul but he is very loyal to his people and will forever show his gratitude to whoever adopts him next.
