UHA5705689/ #A5705689   Zeus a Loyal, Gentle Giant Seeking a Peaceful Home.   Zeus is a 111 lb, neutered male Cane Corso who was surrendered by his owner on June 9, 2025. This sweet senior has a tender soul and a curious spirit. Though selective with other dogs and best suited to an adult-only, single-pet household, he’s a calm presence in the kennel, treat-motivated, and easy to handle. With proper training and the right environment, Zeus will make a devoted and affectionate companion. He is currently being treated for a respiratory condition, and will need to be released on a health waiver.      -111 lb, 9 year old senior neutered male Cane Corso -Surrendered by previous owner on June 9, 2025; no notes as to why -Low energy, sweet-tempered, and curious nature -Friendly and easy to handle in kennel environment -Selective sociability with other dogs - best as the only dog -Needs an adults-only home  -Knows “sit” and shows some more training skills -Medically noted: skin tag and possible skin mass (adopt with health waiver) -Up to date on vaccinations and parasite prevention -Treat motivated and affectionate with people once comfortable   ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.  This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter.
