My story

Introducing Panda! He was brought to the shelter on 7/27 along with his bestie, Snow because their former pet parent could no longer afford them. So now Panda and Snow are looking for that stable forever home where they can feel secure and safe so they never have to experience a loud, overcrowded shelter ever again. Panda is only 2 years old and weighs a mere 68lbs. The volunteers describe him as sweet, cute, a little timid. He is also a smart young man as he knows sit when asked. They may have lived outside as well as inside at times. They are also good with kids and house trained. Please take some time and visit with him in Run 52; his ID is 12280. He is waiting for you! Please help him find his way out of the shelter and into your heart, home and family. When choosing a forever pup, please make sure you have the space, time, energy, devotion, love, patience, and lifestyle to ensure Panda's has the best upbringing possible. If you have enough room in your heart and home for both kiddos, they would be forever grateful to you. Panda is current on vaccines, will be neutered and microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. Please take some time and schedule to meet this awesome kiddo and get to know him a little better. Panda is probably what you have been looking for all this time. He is patiently waiting for his forever family to save his life. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
