My story

Location: Ramona, CA Say hi to Dozer. He is 4 years old and comes in at 125 lbs. Sadly, his owner is moving to a place that doesn't allow dogs his size. This hunky boy has lived outside his whole life. It's time for him to enjoy a soft couch to loaf on and some air conditioning. He really does like to cuddle. Dozer is reserved or cautious around all strangers, as he has simply protected his property/owner, his entire life. He has not had interaction with many strange dogs, so he will bark at them & try to protect his owner. He currently lives with his sister Raven and does fine with her. He will need some time and patience to realize he can just relax a bit. Dozer has lived with kids 13 and 15yrs old and done fine. True to his breed, Dozer is sweet, smart, patient and profoundly loyal. He loves to dig in the dirt and take rides in the car. Anatolian owners must be strong leaders, willing and able to handle a dog who is as demanding, as he is calm and loving. Dozer is a strong boy. Dozer would love to be in the same home with his sister, but we know that is not always possible. He will be neutered with his adoption.
