My story

Meet Brutus, the lovable puppy at our local shelter who`s all about play and affection. His days are filled with excitement, showcasing his smart, energetic nature. He has already learned commands like sit, stay, come, no, and fetch. If he runs away while off leash, he`ll come back if you call him. He weighs 23 pounds and enjoys agility, car rides, running, tugging, toys, walks, water (except baths), chase and wrestling. Brutus loves to cuddle and is very affectionate. He`s also very protective and forms strong bonds, making him a loyal companion. While he loves being around people, his rough play style can be a bit much for other dogs and small children even though he is friendly and playful. He thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where he can be the center of attention Brutus is also a bit of a handful with his jumpy nature and penchant for chewing. He’s still learning how to share his food and toys without getting upset. With the right training and a bit of patience, Brutus will surely blossom into a wonderful companion. He also needs help with leash walking and house training. His need for closeness means he thrives on attention and care.
