Located in: Union Bridge, MD Meet Mikey Mikey is a social, loving, and loyal young pup - a Cattle Dog/American Red Heeler mix with the heart of a best friend and the energy of a teen learning the ropes of life. Energy and Personality Mikey thrives with regular exercise and mental enrichment. He enjoys long walks, active play, and engaging with people and dogs alike. He’s friendly, outgoing, and happiest when part of the action. Training and Behavior While Mikey hasn’t learned formal commands yet, he’s highly food and praise motivated and eager to please. He’s already showing promise in becoming a well-mannered young dog. When left alone, he may bark for a short time but settles well as he continues to learn and grow. Social Life He’s great with other dogs and enjoys meeting new people. Mikey’s happy nature and gentle spirit make him a wonderful companion for families of any age. Quirks and Special Traits Mikey is a natural model - he strikes a pose with perfect posture and paw placement, and his eye contact and attentiveness are impressive for his age.
