Clark Kent is an adorable 8-year-old pug mix with a heart of gold and a face that’ll melt yours! This sweetie pie is a total people lover and makes new human friends wherever he goes. Clark is a regular in Anderson Humane’s Doggy Day Out program, which means he's basically a professional adventurer—riding in cars, strolling through forest preserves, lounging at friendly homes for naps, and exploring fun pet-friendly stores like a champ. Don’t let his age fool you—Clark still loves a good outing, but he’s also a big fan of cozy downtime and belly rubs. Whether he’s out on a field trip or snuggled up on the couch, Clark’s gentle, affectionate nature makes him a joy to be around. If you’re looking for a low-key, lovable companion who’s always up for a little fun and a lot of cuddles, Clark Kent might just be your perfect sidekick! Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
