Meet Kendall, a sweet and loving companion who’s as well-mannered as she is affectionate. In her previous home, Kendall lived harmoniously with cats and was incredibly gentle and loving with children ranging from toddlers to preteens. She is housebroken, can be crated when needed, and is well-behaved when left alone. She adores walks, outdoor time, playing with balls and toys, and curling up for snuggles. Kendall is the total package—playful, kind, smart, and ready to fill her new home with love. She may be a bit nervous at first, but don’t let that shy exterior fool you—this sweet girl is full of love just waiting to bloom. The more time you spend with Kendall, the more relaxed and loving she becomes. She’ll lean her whole body into you for pets and especially enjoys gentle chin, back, and head scratches. She’s the kind of dog who builds a quiet but deep bond with her person. Kendall walks very well on the leash and knows “sit,” and will proudly hold the position while flashing you a sweet little smile.Kendall recently enjoyed a weekend slumber party with a volunteer, and she was the perfect guest from start to finish! This confident, curious, and outgoing girl hopped in and out of the car with ease and was ready to explore the moment she arrived. She’s friendly and affectionate, always happy to be near her people, and greets new experiences with an eager, engaged attitude. Kendall is calm and gentle when receiving pets but also playful and goofy if you get down on her level. She loves tug, ball play, enrichment activities, and long walks, showing a great balance between activity and relaxation. On her walks, Kendall is curious and confident, greeting the world with interest rather than fear. She enjoys meeting new people—men, women, and older kids with proper introductions—and has an athletic, responsive, and quick-to-settle nature. Kendall rides calmly in the car once settled, sleeps quietly through the night in her crate after a short adjustment period, and has had no accidents during her overnight stay. She even passed ducks and wildlife on her walk without much fuss.Kendall enjoys mental stimulation such as short training sessions and enrichment toys, and she’s alert to new sounds at home, which may fade as she gets comfortable in her environment. She would thrive in a home that offers a mix of activity, structure, and cozy nap time, along with continued positive reinforcement training to keep her mind sharp. Loyal, affe
