What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I can be slow to adjust to new environments. I prefer to take things at my own pace.I will need daily physical activity to keep me healthy and happy!I'll need daily interaction with you as I get used to my new life.A volunteer writes: Officer Friendly was one of a few dogs transferred to Queens from the crowded Manhattan shelter. Found in Brooklyn, he's getting back to his outer borough roots with us, and we couldn't be happier to have him. With a name like Officer Friendly, I expected him to be....friendly, but my high expectations were beat! He's a LOVE. While we waited together for his glamour shots to be taken, he joined me to huddle in a shady spot and practically glued his furry body to me. I have no complaints when a pup attaches themselves barnacle style to me, but certainly not one so cute! His signature move is coming over to be pet and throwing his little butt into the air, eventually rolling over. He played and I suspect he might be the type of dog to play with toys in their paws while on their back. He's perfection either way!Officer Friendly was found stray and brought to the shelter with police. He was friendly during his intake, and seems to not be the biggest fan of other pups. No problem, because he's enough love for 10 homes! Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Brown Brindle Weight: 52 Age: 4yrs 0mths 4wks
