My story

Meet Kodiak – Your Future Adventure Buddy! Say hello to Kodiak, a 3-month-old bundle of joy.  This adorable pup is a true Heinz 57 special – we think he’s a mix of a bully breed, Husky, and probably 17 other delightful surprises. We think full grown he will be around 40 to 45lbs. Want to know for sure? A DNA test might reveal his full ancestry, but we can already tell he’s 100% lovable. Kodiak is a social butterfly with humans and other dogs - especially those of the playful variety! He’d thrive in a home with a playful canine companion to romp around with and learn from. His favorite pastimes include chewing on bully sticks, plushy toys and rabble rousing with his canine friends. But, when he's worn out, he'll gladly curl up into his puppy bed and pass out for a while. This handsome boy has a striking pair of eyes – one blue, one brown – that will melt your heart and make you fall in love instantly with this showstopper. He’s already making great progress with potty training, knows how to use the doggy door, also uses puppy pads, and sleeps all night long! Kodiak is looking for a family who will embrace his active spirit! He'd make a perfect addition for someone looking for a friend for an active adult dog.
