My story

Hi, I’m Almond! 🐾✨ See this big smile? It’s kind of my thing, I wear it everywhere I go! I’m a one-year-old happy-go-lucky girl who loves to play, learn, and follow my doggy friends’ lead. My foster mom says I’ve got a “monkey see, monkey do” personality, which means I’d do best in a home with other dogs who can show me the ropes (and play tug-o-war with me, of course!). I’m all about my humans, too. I love hard and I love big. Sometimes I forget what “personal space” means, but I promise I just want to be near you. If you want to teach, I’m ready to learn. I’m super smart and can pick up on commands and new tricks quickly! Here are some of my best “good girl” facts: 🐕 I’m excellent with other dogs: any age, size, or gender, I’ll be their bestie or respect their space. 🦴 I love my crate and take my best naps there. 🚶‍♀️ I walk great on a leash and am always up for an adventure: walks, runs, hikes, you name it! 👧 I’m curious about kids (but fair warning: my zoomies are legendary).
