Meet Veena!Veena is a lively, 18-pound bundle of joy who loves to play and fill every moment with excitement! As the proud mom of the String Instrument litter, she’s got an energetic spirit and a playful nature that makes her the life of the party. Whether it's chasing squirrels, playing with toys, or enjoying time with her doggy friends, Veena is always ready for action. She’s a social butterfly who needs another dog in the home—she loves her furry companions and thrives with a playmate by her side! Veena is house trained and enjoys the freedom of roaming the house, as she’s not a fan of being confined to a crate.Veena is currently undergoing slow kill heartworm treatment, which is fully covered by Mutts N Such Rescue and requires minimal effort from her future family.Found as a stray with her four puppies, Veena has shown incredible resilience, and she’s now ready to find her forever home where she can share her sweet, spunky personality. Veena was born in July 2023 and is being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas.All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
