Mufasa

My story

Mufasa is an adorable DSH orange and white tabby male born approximately 5/7/2025. Mufasa and his siblings were found alone out on the property of an NBCR board member's relative. There was no mom around and it's suspected they were possibly dumped. They were  brought home to foster and get some much needed TLC.  Named after the mighty lion king himself, Mufasa is the confident big brother of the litter—the protector, the explorer, and the first to check out anything new. He’s very playful, litter trained, and totally obsessed with sun-drenched cat towers and toys that make noise (shoeboxes with tissue paper? Chef’s kiss!) He’ll climb to the top of the cat tower like it’s Pride Rock, then curl up like a little king surveying his kingdom. Around mealtimes, he’ll sit patiently between your feet to make sure dinner isn’t forgotten. Mufasa is great with kids and loves playing and cuddling with the 4- and 7-year-olds in his foster home. He’d thrive in a home with room to explore—and ideally with his sister, Suki, by his side. Mufasa is microchipped and currently in a loving foster home.
