My story

Meet Scooter! Adoption Fee $350 This cutie came to us with four other pups. They had been living outside since birth. Their owner could no longer care for them. To say they were dirty is an understatement! All dogs were bathed by their fosters and the bath water was black! Scooter is a sweet pup that enjoys the company of other dogs and loves people. He is not leash trained but we are working on it. He would do best in a home that is laid back. He can be a little shy in the beginning but will come out of his shell with a little time and patience. He is good with kids but they move fast so older, dog savvy would be best for him. He has a VERY HIGH prey drive. Absolutely no CATS!! If you are considering Scooter you need to know he will not grow out of this and training will not fix it. Scooter neutered, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, Valley Fever negative, and 4DX (tick/heartworm test) negative. Scooter is approximately 2 years old and weighs 12.2 pounds.
