She’s laid-back, low to medium-energy, and happy to lounge on a cozy bed or the couch. She would thrive in a calm home that appreciates a mellow companion who enjoys walks, playtime, and who still has a mischievious side (watch out, socks!). She may be a little timid at first, and might need some time to really blossom. Honey gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She’s respectful, easygoing, and enjoys their company. She has been very gentle with the children she’s met, though she does like to jump on and paw at people when excited. While the cats she’s encountered have chosen to run away, Honey hasn’t shown much interest in chasing or reacting. She’s also a fan of belly rubs and peanut butter treats.She’s house trained and does well when kept on a consistent routine. Honey is crated quietly and comfortably at night, though she still needs some encouragement to get in the crate. On leash, she walks with only occasional pulling, exploring all the smells nearby, and would be happy with just a few short strolls each day.This sweet, snuggly girl is ready to bring comfort and love to her future family.
