My story

Please contact Andrea (andrea@focusonthedetails.com) for more information about this pet.Application is required - Please go to www.ppnk.orgAdoption fee $150 (or two for $275)Coriander and her spice babies were initially trapped as homeless ferals when one of our veterinary friends noticed a very sick kitten. Over the course of a couple of days, the whole family was trapped, and once mama Coriander was spayed, she went into foster to continue raising her babies, who were not quite ready to be weaned. Unfortunately, the sick baby didn’t make it, but his sickness ultimately saved his whole family, and mama Coriander turned out to be sweet as can be, not feral at all. She finished nursing her mild spice babies, and they are all now ready for loving, indoor forever homes.  Baby Smoked Paprika is the blue longhair boy - always the biggest of the crew, he’s a little bashful but relaxes once he gets to know you. We LOVE seeing our babies adopted in pairs… having a familiar sibling/buddy helps ease their transition to a new home, and gives them a constant companion for life.  For more great reasons to adopt a pair, visit http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens. A spice or two can complete the flavor of your home recipe for fun and companionship! Apply at http://www.ppnk.org.  Photo credit: Emily R  (Click the main photo for more photos of Smoked Paprika)All our animals receive professional veterinary attention including spay/neuter, testing, vaccination, deworming, food and shelter. We only rescue from Animal Control and cannot accept lost, hurt or unwanted pets from individuals.  We are a licensed non-profit no-kill shelter.August 5, 2025, 5:51 am
