Amaya

My story

Amaya, a beautiful 3 year old pit mix, is ready for a new and loving forever home! Amaya came in as a stray, so we don`t know her history. She`s only 34 lbs (although some extra treats to add a little weight won`t hurt her). She`s a lovely size to fit on almost any home! Amaya is sweet and a little shy. She does love treats, which can help her warm up. As we learn more about her personality and fun quirks we will update her info. But why wait for that when you can meet her for yourself today?!Amaya isn`t so sure about all the dogs in playgroups and has been shy in them. She still could go to a home with another dog if it`s the right match. Like all our adult dogs, Amaya will need to meet future canine companions before going home. Our shelter staff will lead their introductions in a safe environment to see if they are compatible. At the main campus, you can bring your dog along when you come for adoptions if you like. Amaya is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for a loving forever home!
