My story

Hi there, my name is Wanda and I’d love to meet you. I’m an adorable black kitty with sleek fur and big golden yellow eyes that are always full of curiosity. I’m around 3 years old and weigh just about 9.5 pounds, perfectly sized for lounging in a sunny window or curling up nearby while you read or relax. At first, I might come off a little shy. New faces and unfamiliar places can make me a bit cautious, but don’t worry I’m not far from making friends. All I need is a bit of patience, a quiet place to feel safe, and maybe a few yummy treats to win me over. Once I feel comfortable, I really enjoy gentle chin scratches and affection from my favorite people. In my previous home, I lived with other cats and even some gentle dogs, so I know how to be a respectful and easygoing roommate. I’d likely do well in a calm household with kind hearted people and furry friends who understand that I might need a little time to settle in. If you’re the type of person who appreciates quiet company, soft purrs, and the joy of watching a shy cat slowly blossom into your most loyal companion, I just might be the one you’ve been waiting for.
