My story

***FIV+***Meet Coca Cola, a 3 y.o. male kitty! Coca Cola came to FVHA as a stray.Coca Cola is bubbling with personality and ready to fizz his way right into your heart! This confident, social guy is the friendliest cat around. He absolutely lives for attention and loves being the center of it all. He may look a little rough around the edges, but don’t let that fool you! Coca Cola is as gentle and sweet as they come. Young, full of energy, and always curious, he’s got a whole world to explore and can’t wait to do it by your side.Whether he’s greeting visitors like the purring host he is or soaking up every pet and scratch you offer, Coca Cola is always happy to be involved. He’s the kind of cat who turns heads and hearts with his charm, and he’s more than ready to find a home where he can be your #1 companion.Pop the top on a new chapter; Coca Cola is ready to bring joy, love, and plenty of purrs to your life!Coca Cola tested positive for a disease called Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). Due to this lifelong disease, it is possible that Coca Cola will be more susceptible to acquiring illnesses throughout his life and may require more frequent veterinary visits/treatments. FIV cannot be transmitted to people or other animals but can be transmitted to other cats via bite wounds/scratches. We recommend he either be the only cat in the household or adopters go very slow with introductions to other cats. We also suggest any future adopters research this disease prior to adoption to determine if Coca Cola is the right fit for their household.Coca Cola had lice when he came into our care but has been thoroughly treated and has recovered. He also had a dental cleaning with many (9) tooth extractions. The sutures in the mouth will dissolve naturally over time. His history with cats, dogs, and kids is unknown, but our Adoption Team would love to give you the information you need for slow introductions to any resident pets and younger friends.Coca Cola is neutered and has received core vaccinations (feline distemper, rabies), flea preventative, has been dewormed, and is microchipped. If you have any questions about Coca Cola our adoption process, feel free to reach out to adoption staff at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Coca-Cola, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
