My story

Meet Teddy! This cutie terrier mix boy is so sweet! He came to us with his two siblings who had all been kept in a backyard from the time they were little. He is now in a foster home in our care and doing great.  Teddy is about 1-2 years old and around 18 lbs. He is great with other dogs and non-reactive to cats. He is friendly with people too but he needs a moment to warm up. It seems he likes to attach himself to one person and will then focus mostly on them. Meeting strangers is a bit worrying for him and he will bark at them. He needs a little more confidence. He will do best in a home as opposed to an apartment, because he can alert bark at times. Due to his timid nature around new people, we do not think he will enjoy living with younger children. Teddy does well on the leash and in his crate. He loves his toys and enjoys carrying around his favorite hedgehog. He will probably love to have a dog friend in the home. Teddy is vaccinated, micrcochipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $450   We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life!
