My story

Meet Fancy! This 7-year-old, 68 lb sweetheart is all about cuddles, calm vibes, and being close to her people once she feels safe and settled. Fancy may be a little shy at first—she takes some time to adjust to new surroundings—but once she’s comfortable, she’s incredibly loving and affectionate. She enjoys lounging on the couch, snuggling in bed, and keeping a watchful eye out the window. Fancy gets along with other dogs, but we recommend she be your one and only or have a very slow, structured introduction to any resident dogs. She’s had healthy interactions with cats in the past and does well with kids, though she hasn’t been around infants or toddlers. She is: House trained Great in the car (though hesitant in new places) A pro at sitting and learning to “stay” A fan of chew bones, treats, and nap time Fancy would thrive in a patient, low-key home where she can build trust and feel secure. Once she does, you’ll discover a devoted companion who’s happy to follow you anywhere—especially to the couch for a snuggle. Her adoption fee is $75. She does not have any special needs or take any medications.
