My story

Hello, my name is: HenleyApprox. DOB: 7/26/2020Weight: 54.4 lbsSex/Breed: Spayed female Great Pyrenees/Bernese Mountain DogRescued From: Breeding kennelThe world of a house pet is brand new to Henley. In just a short time, she’s made some progress, but she’s still learning how to feel truly safe and comfortable as a beloved pet. Henley draws confidence and comfort from her canine foster sisters—watching them closely and following their lead—so she’ll need a calm home with at least one other friendly dog to help her continue to blossom. She’s still a bit tentative with people, but with patience and a soft approach, her trust is growing day by day. Henley is doing wonderfully with house training and crate training, and she’s starting to understand the daily routines. One of her favorite things is curling up in a cozy dog bed or quietly hanging out near her doggy pals. Henley needs a quiet, understanding environment where she can take her time and move at her own pace.
