Hi, I’m Chunky! Yep, the name says it all—I’m built low to the ground, long like a dachshund, and a little round in the middle. I’m 4 years old, weigh in at 16 lbs, and come wrapped in golden fur with soulful brown eyes. My foster mom says I’m the total package:     •    &#226&#156&#133 Great with kids     •    &#226&#156&#133 Cat-friendly     •    &#226&#156&#133 Dog-friendly (big or small!)     •    &#226&#156&#133 Kennel trained (though I’d rather be in your lap!)     •    &#226&#156&#133 Housebroken     •    &#226&#156&#133 And best of all… I don’t bark! I’m super chill and easygoing—just a laid-back little guy looking for someone to love. There’s a whole crew of humans and animals in my foster home, and I fit right in. I may be a little shy at first, but give me some extra love and patience, and soon my tail will be wagging like crazy (it’s the fastest thing about me!). If you’ve got a spot on your couch—and in your heart—I’d love to call it home.
