Meet Morel – A Sweet, Goofy Boy with a Heart Full of Love Morel is the kind of dog who makes you smile without even trying. He’s all wiggly joy and wide-eyed curiosity—pure puppy spirit wrapped in a soft, snuggly package. He’s looking for a forever home where he can give all the love bursting out of his little body. Playtime is one of his favorite things in the world—especially tug-of-war or chasing a ball (though he’s still hilariously confused about the whole “bringing it back” part). And once the zoomies wear off? He’ll be curled up on the couch, melting into your lap like he was made to be there. This gentle boy is crate trained, house trained, and sleeps peacefully through the night. He’s respectful with cats, sweet with kids, and even knows a few basic commands. He waits patiently for his food and minds his manners at the table—no begging, no whining, just hopeful eyes and a quiet tail thump. While he’s still learning the world, one thing is certain: Morel is a lover. He wants to be close, to be part of your routine, to share in your happiness. Right now, he’s looking for a home where he can be the only dog—someone’s one and only, just for a while. Morel is eager to please, easy to love, and ready for a family who sees how special he is. Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home.
