My story

Hey everyone! I am Marmalade. My story is quite sad actually. Animal Control knew about me since 2023. They were assisting a resident with TNR a couple of years ago when they observed me for the first time. I avoided live traps/spay for two summers in a row. I was the last left in the colony to be spayed. Well this summer, I gave birth to 8 beautiful babies. The resident's called animal control on me again. When animal control showed up, they found 3 of my babies alive. Over night, the other five were attacked by something, because my other 5 babies were deceased. I watched from the street as she bagged the deceased and caged the live ones. I was tricked into the live trap the ACO placed next to my babies. Once I got to the shelter, I realized I enjoyed domestication and I am loved here as my children are as well. All of my babies have been adopted except one, Magnolia.
