My story

Introducing Fern — a pint-sized bundle of joy with a big heart and even bigger spots! Fern may be the tiniest of her litter, but don’t let her size fool you — this dashing tabby girl is full of life and character. Her beautiful coat, marked with charming leopard-like spots, makes her a standout, but it's her playful antics and loving nature that truly steal hearts. From the moment she wakes up, Fern is ready for action — whether she’s chasing a jingling ball at lightning speed, pouncing on feather toys, or leading her siblings (Tigerlily, Nora, and Acorn) in a spirited game of tag. Her kitten energy is boundless, but after she’s had his fill of fun, Fern transforms into a total cuddlebug. She loves curling up in a warm lap, purring herself into a content little nap. Because socialization is key to her development, Fern will need to be adopted with one of her siblings (Nora, Tigerlily, Acorn) or placed in a home with another kitten close to her age (under 1.5 years). Having a feline friend to grow up with will help her continue to thrive as a confident, well-adjusted cat (read more about why kittens need to be in pairs at https://www.cat-advocate.com/post/2020/06/04/two-kittens-are-better-than-one).  She’s also done beautifully in her foster home with respectful kids aged 8 and up, showing a gentle and trusting side that makes her a great match for families with older children. While she hasn’t met any dogs yet, with a patient introduction, she could adjust well to a calm, cat-friendly pup. With her delightful mix of lively playfulness and tender affection, Fern is the kind of kitten who will fill your home with laughter, purrs, and unforgettable moments.
