My story

Tara is such a sweet laid back girl. She was found in the middle of a very busy intersection. She gave birth to 9 beautiful babies, and is caring for them with lots of love. Tara walks excellent on the leash and is housetrained. She has done well with all of her interactions with other dogs but is not an ideal candidate for a home with cats. She will be ready to go to her own home the last week of August, just like her pups. **************PLEASE READ THIS FOR NEXT STEPS**************** COMPLETED APPLICATIONS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER INQUIRIES. Please note that our animals are rescued and transported from South Mississippi where major animal overpopulation means less homes. We only transport them once adopted, in most instances, we can be available for a video call once an application has been approved. WE PERSONALLY TRANSPORT OUR OWN adopted animals to meet their new families. We transport every 2-3 weeks. We facilitate adoptions through our own internal transport to ensure the quality of care. We travel to VA, MD, PA, NJ, CT, VT, and NY. Our dogs travel in comfort with 24/7 care. We have been facilitating long distance adoptions since 2019. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, Microchip, heartworm tested, Mississippi Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you ***Breed input is required for each platform but is not guaranteed to be accurate. We do not DNA test. We rescue animals from different situations. We discuss breed assignments with our vets to label them as accurately as possible. *** We are currently unable to adopt pets to ME and RI residents.
