My story

Hi, I’m Jem — Future Forklift Driver, Current Chaos Gremlin Let me introduce myself: I’m Jem. I’m a kitten. I’m adorable. And I am very busy. I’ve got places to explore, toys to demolish, and absolutely zero plans to slow down. If something’s knocked over, tipped, spilled, or mysteriously missing... yeah, that was probably me. (You’re welcome.) I’m what you’d call “full of personality.” I love to wrestle, zoom, climb, and investigate every single corner of the world. I’m also a huge fan of other cats—I need a buddy to chase, tumble with, and learn the ways of the feline world from. That means I must go to a home with a playful resident cat or be adopted as part of a pair. Lucky for you, I’ve already got the perfect partner in crime: my sister, Scout. She’s clever, adventurous, and just as mischievous as me (but don’t tell her I said that). We make an unstoppable duo—zoomies are faster, naps are cozier, and shenanigans are way more fun when we’re together. As for my future? Easy. I’m going to be a forklift driver. Why? I love lifting things. I love moving things. I love pushing things off tables. It’s a natural career path, really. I’m still working on getting my license, but for now, I’ll keep practicing with cardboard boxes and paper towel rolls.
