My story

Scruff is a sturdy, intelligent male grey German Shepherd with a sleek, silver-toned coat that fades into charcoal around his back and tail. His eyes are a deep, thoughtful amber, always alert and expressive, revealing both his sharp mind and loyal heart. Scruff’s ears stand tall, ever twitching at the slightest sound, and a small nick in his left ear adds a touch of rugged character — a sign of past adventures. He carries himself with quiet confidence, moving with the graceful power typical of his breed. Though imposing at first glance, Scruff is gentle with those he trusts, especially protective of his people. His name suits him well — there’s a bit of a rough-around-the-edges charm to him, especially with the tufts of fur that stick out around his neck like a permanent, scruffy collar. Whether he’s patrolling the yard, leaning into a scratch behind the ears, or resting by the door with his head on his paws, Scruff exudes loyalty, strength, and an ever-watchful calm.
