Meet Picasso, a curious and playful puppy with a love for toys and a need for a patient, understanding home. Despite his shyness around new people, Picasso's smart and independent nature shines through. He thrives in the company of another dog, helping him feel more secure and confident. Picasso would like to be adopted into a home with a confident, dog social and human social dog. He has loved living with his three small foster canine siblings and is learning to trust people.
