My story
Cookie was found as a stray with a soft tissue injury to her left tarsal joint and possible oral trauma or mass affecting her tongue and lower left jaw. She’s friendly, vocal, and enjoys attention. Due to the extent of her medical needs, she requires care beyond what the shelter can provide and is in need of placement with an approved rescue for further treatment and recovery.Cookie is currently available for pickup by an approved rescue partner only, due to her medical needs. In the event that an owner is identified and request to reclaim her prior to August 13, Cookie will need to be returned to the shelter to allow for owner reclaim.
