My story

Rescued as an orphaned kitten at just a week old, Athena was lovingly welcomed into a newly rescued crew of six kittens and their mama cat, Mystic. Despite being the tiniest outsider, she fit right in and soon rose to become the de facto leader of the fluffball brigade. True to her name, this wise little warrior has a curious spirit, a gentle heart, and the bravery to charge headfirst into toy piles and under-blanket adventures. Her stunning dilute tortico coat looks like a pastel watercolor painting brought to life, and her expressive hazel-green eyes outlined in natural white eyeliner give her a look of constant wonder (and maybe just a hint of mischief). She's soft, snuggly, and usually found either wrestling her siblings or napping belly-up with a purr loud enough to be picked up from the next room. Athena is sweet, playful, and delightfully balanced. The “let’s cuddle, then chase this crinkly ball, then cuddle again” kind of kitten. She’d thrive in a calm home with a gentle human or two and would love to be adopted with one of her six siblings or her amazing adoptive mom, Mystic.
