My story

Meet Bruno the lover boy, a 3-year-old 25-lb schnauzer mix.  Background: Bruno and his buddy Simon (also available for adoption) suddenly found themselves without a home after their devoted owners passed away. These boys weren’t just pets; they were treasured family members who were deeply loved and well cared for. Now they are looking for a new chapter filled with the same warmth and love.   Personality: Bruno is gentle, affectionate, and happiest when close to his people. When he isn’t rolling over for belly rubs or snuggling with his humans, he enjoys playing with Simon and his toys. Bruno gets along with all people, children, and dogs of all sizes, but cats aren’t his thing.   Health: Bruno is up to date on all vaccines, neutered, and microchipped.  Training: Bruno is housebroken, crate-trained, uses a dog door, walks well on a leash, and knows basic commands such as “sit” and “paw”.  Ideal Home: Bruno is a laid-back guy who’s happy just being near his people, especially if snuggles are involved. He’d do well in almost any home where love and cozy naps are on the menu. Bruno and Simon are not a bonded pair, so they can go their separate ways—but hey, if you're looking for double the fun, we’re all for it!  Adoption Requirements: Bruno’s adoption fee is $350 (or $400 for both Bruno and Simon).
