My story

Bug is a friendly, affectionate and playful kitten.  His littermates are Cashew, Cookie, Spicy and Yoda. Bug was born on 6-24-25 and is located in Coram, NY. Bug is available for pre-adoption:  fill out our application directly on our website at www.jensadoptablecats.com/applications Kitten Adoption Policy: Kittens can go to homes with other cats in residence as early as 8 weeks of age or if adopted in pairs.  If the home has no other cats, the kitten must be 12 weeks of age to be adopted alone. Kittens need to learn proper socialization from birth to 12 weeks of age. If they are not given the opportunity to properly socialize they can display problem behaviors (i.e. biting too hard, not knowing to retract their claws, single kitten syndrome). If you apply for a single kitten and do not have other cats in your home, we will not be able to reserve the kitten for you until he or she reaches 11 weeks of age.  We can hold your application on file until the kitten reaches 11 weeks if you would like to wait.   All kittens will be in a foster to adopt status until the adopter brings the kitten to be spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated.  Our rescue covers all vetting if our veterinarians are used. Once the kitten has been fully vetted, the kitten can be moved from the foster to adopt status to officially adopted.  Our adoption coordinator will explain this process and what vetting will be required to finalize the adoption.   ##2485328##
