He’s part of a litter of 7 Border Collie x Husky mix puppies we rescued from a shelter, but Rick stands out with his laid-back, observant energy. He’s the least reactive of his siblings and often ends up on the receiving end of their wild play. He doesn’t fight back—he just walks away with that signature Rick swagger. Rick’s heart is as big as his personality. When you first bring him home, he might be a little clingy. He’s loyal puppy and attaches deeply. He may vocalize his feelings about being left alone (he’s got opinions, and he’s not afraid to share them!), but he does settle down with time, especially when he feels secure.
