My story

Moroni A17696059 lb. spayed female, approx 3 years old -Super friendly gal who loves to be close for pets-If you hit the right spot while you’re rubbing her belly it gets her leg going!-She likes treats and will sit for them. She takes them gently but doesn’t seem super food motivated.-Not showing interest in toys at the moment-Pictures were hard because she literally just wanted to be on my lap for snuggles. She’s so sweet!-She gives kisses and is affectionate-She’s recently been a mama before coming to us. We don’t know her past but we’d like to give her a happy future!-Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids•Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt •Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. •Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. •There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. •To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.** •The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-5:30 **1431 E Ferry St. Detroit
