When she first arrived at NTCR, she was a bit shy, and who could blame her? But that didn't stop her from trying her best to get along with two rambunctious foster kittens. We suspect that Miel was trapped and brought to a local shelter before she was rescued by NTCR. She was found lactating, and so she was given a litter of neonatal babies to feed. As a natural caregiver, she was a great surrogate mom to these kittens. However, once they were old enough to be rescued, she was left behind, sick and tired. However, since being in foster care, Miel has learned to embrace the indoor life and enjoy being spoiled a little. During her spay surgery, the vet also removed a sizeable mammary tumor. Thankfully, it turned out to be benign, and Miel has fully recovered, regaining her health and her beautiful soft coat. Now, she would be happiest as the only companion for her human – she's ready to be the queen of her castle!
