My story

10 years old, 8 pounds Personality: shy, smart, rambunctious, independent, and timid/fearful. Herman is a love-bug whose sweet face will melt your heart! This curious pup loves to sniff around, exploring at his own speed, and enjoys his indoor down time — he’s a great apartment dog. Smart Herman is trained to use pee pads, is trusted uncrated, and he knows his name, “sit,” and “go upstairs.” He especially enjoys being around people with a calming presence. He has shown an interest in getting to know new friends after a little time to acclimate. Herman is still building up his confidence with new environments and would benefit from an adopter who can keep him company during the day and help him feel comfortable exploring more of his world.
